- All trainers have CNIC (national ID) verification on file with us — we show clients a verified badge, never the raw ID.
- Clients who request home visits complete a voluntary identity verification for trainer safety.
- All communication between clients and trainers goes through our platform, creating a permanent record.
- Trainers can set a trusted contact who is notified of visit check-ins.
- Post-visit two-way ratings create accountability for everyone.
