Do you offer home visits in all areas of Karachi?+
We currently cover most areas of Karachi. When booking a home visit, share your location and we will confirm availability.
How do I pay?+
We accept SadaPay, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer. 50% is paid upfront to confirm the booking, and the remaining 50% is paid after the session.
Is my personal information safe?+
Yes. Identity documents are stored in a private, encrypted storage accessible only by the relevant admin. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Yes, you can request a reschedule or cancellation through your dashboard. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Are sessions available in Urdu?+
Absolutely. All our trainers conduct sessions in English and Urdu.
How do I know the trainer is verified?+
Every trainer has CNIC verification on file. You will see an 'Identity Verified' badge on their profile. The actual CNIC is never shown publicly.
