1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information: name, email, phone number, and language preference.
• Booking information: service selected, date, mode (online/physical), and payment references.
• Identity verification (for home visits): CNIC number, CNIC photo, selfie (optional), full address, and emergency contact. This data is stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket and is only accessible to the relevant admin. We log every admin access.
• Location data: if you share your location after booking confirmation, we store the latitude and longitude to enable the home-visit service.
• Messages: on-platform messages between you and trainers/admin.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the booking and session system.
• To ensure the safety of both clients and trainers on home visits.
• To send transactional emails (booking confirmation, reminders) via Resend.
• To display your public reviews (which you submit voluntarily).

3. Identity Verification Data

CNIC documents and selfies are stored in a private Supabase storage bucket with Row-Level Security. Only you and authorized UstadGhar admins can access your verification records. Every admin access is logged with a timestamp in our audit log. We do not share this data with third parties.

You may request deletion of your verification data by contacting us at info@ustadghar.online.

4. Data Retention

We retain booking and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Verification data is retained as long as you have an active account and may be removed upon request.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-first analytics tool that does not track individuals across sites.

6. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
